GROWTH AUDITS
We provide Growth Audits to our clients by utilizing proprietary diagnostics developed by industrial organizational psychologists within our advisory team. This establishes a base line for our qualitative interviews for leadership. This normal AUDIT involves a one or two advisory team and a series of meetings discussing problems, barriers, crisis, opportunities and solutions in a one or two day off site forum. Then, we step into the role of being solution centered in training and working to optimize leaders via planning. The final step is making sure the plan is executed properly.. |

GROWTH PLANNING
The Audit is designed to preliminary identify the Critical Success Factors and the plan is ready to begin created both with the Advisory team, the management team, fiscal team, technology group and specific assignments/tasks required in the early stages of planning. After the initial planning meeting, the firm concludes the research design phase and the growth plan is written. In order to accomplish objectives, there are four phases to the plan.
